It always sucks when your hard earned money is taken away from you. It is even worse when it is taken from others is the same community as yourself (speaking about fellow hunters). But it’s really bad when all that happens to a child. My 14 year old son saved up his money to purchase a trail camera, his first one. Only to have it stolen by two grown men the very next day.
In a world that is out to destroy the hunting way of life it is really disturbing that one of our own (hunters) would steal from us. Remember fellow hunters, if we don’t stick together the world that hates our way of life will eventually dictate if you can even be a hunter.
THICK AS THIEVES
My son and I have General permits to hunt on the property. We both enjoy going out there and getting hogs from time to time. I have never ran into any problems with other people out there before so this is very troubling. Here are to two grown men that seem to have zero problem stealing others property. The trail camera was stolen at Grapevine Lake US Army Corps of Engineers hunting area. Just south east of US HWY 377 and crossing Schooling road. The GPS coordinates of the theft are 33.02608376671646, -97.20394603908063
Do I really think I will ever get the camera back? No, not even a little hope. These two men are evil and stole from a young man not understanding why others do things like this. At the end of it all I can say a real world lesson was learned on how people are truly opportunistic.
